Refund and Returns Policy – Landmark Print Malaysia
In Landmark Print Malaysia, we have earned a reputation of providing high-quality printing services and fully tailored products. Some of our products, since they are custom-made to the specifications of each customer, have a limited refund and returns policy. This policy has been drawn to get expectations between us and our customers clear and transparent.
When you make a purchase with us by filling in an order via our website, you are acknowledging and accepting the following terms.
Returns Policy
No Custom Products Returns
Since everything we print is tailor-made or custom-made, we cannot offer a refund once it has been printed. Every product is tailor-made and can never be resold or reused. Before payment is affected, customers are strongly advised to verify all artwork, proofs and order details carefully.
Reporting of Shortages or Defects
If your order has visible defects, missing goods or we have made production errors at our end, then you are required to write to us within two (2) business days of receiving the goods. Any claim made after this time cannot be replaced.
Eligibility to ReplaceWe will reprint or resend orders without additional fee in case:
- The product was manufactured improperly (it was of the wrong design, size, material, or a mistake was made in making the product).
- The problem is proven to be our fault.
Replacements will:
- Be of the same product and specifications as of the original order.
- No change or modification in the design.
Requests may be rejected if:
- The product is damaged, abused or changed after delivery.
- Only a set or incomplete sale is refunded.
- The mistakes were created due to wrong information given by the customer at the ordering stage.
Warranty Policy
Disclaimer of Limited Warranty
Though we have high-quality control, the supply of all of the products is not accompanied by any express or implied warranty except the one mentioned in this policy. Small differences in color, alignment, and finishing are regarded as industry standard and not defects.
Replacement or Store CreditAt our discretion, we may:
- Reprint the product, or Grant store credit in the same value as the purchase price (shipping fees are excluded).
- Warranty Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Mistakes in customer-supplied artwork or files, or specifications.
- Damage as a result of poor handling or storage during delivery.
- Small production variances that are not relevant to the usability of products.
Cancellations and Refunds
1. No Refund PolicyWhen the money has been paid, the sales are final. Refunds will not be done on:
- Errors in the design or specification of customers.
- Change of mind by confirmation.
- Orders already in process or dispatched.
2. Cancellations
Once production has commenced, it is impossible to cancel orders. The printing is customized, which means that cancellation cannot be affected after processing.
3. Refund ExceptionsThe refunds might be taken into account in case:
- Before the production goes on, an order is cancelled (at our discretion).
- We would fail to meet the order because of unexpected situations on our part.
Payment Terms
1. Finality of Payment
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Customers should verify all the design files, specifications, shipping, and payment information before making an order.
2. Secure Transactions
- Payments are done safely through an authorized Malaysian payment gateway or banking system.
- We do not save credit cards or debit cards.
Customer Responsibilities
1. Proof Approval
Design proofs should be read and signed by customers before printing is done. Mistakes that are not picked during the approval of the proof (spelling, color choice, alignment etc.) cannot be refunded or reprinted.2. Accurate Order Details
The customer is supposed to ensure that he or she supplies the right and full details in designs, specifications and delivery addresses. We cannot be held responsible of problems that arose due to inaccurate information.
3. Proper Handling
After delivery, customers will be required to store the products properly. This policy does not cover damage as a result of abuse, improper handling or storage.
Limitation of Liability
Landmark Print Malaysia shall not be liable to indirect, incidental or consequential damages caused by the use or the inability to use our products. We are only liable to:
- Repurchasing the defective product, or
- Reimbursement of the original value of purchase (at our discretion).
Governing Law
This Refund and Returns Policy shall be subject to laws that govern and interpret in Malaysia. Any conflict that emanates from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
