Hello to Landmark Print Malaysia. The Terms and Conditions described below have been read, understood, and accepted by you by accessing or using our website. It is advisable to go through them before transacting with it.
Acceptance of Terms
When you access or utilize our site, you submit to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, then you do not use our services.
General Terms
- Governing Law: All actions and operations on this site are governed by Malaysian laws.
- No Walk-In Clients: We are an online-only printing company. We do not accept walk-in clients at our office since all the orders have to be made via our site.
- Product Availability: Availability of products and services is available to all. Landmark Print Malaysia may change, suspend or cancel any product or service without any advance notice.
Orders and Acceptance
- Order Submission: Orders can only be confirmed on receipt of full payment. Be sure that all details are reviewed and submitted.
- Acceptance of Orders: Landmark Print Malaysia has the right to reject or accept any order. Acceptance is not achieved by receiving an order confirmation.
- Price Changes: Prices can fluctuate at any time. Your order will be priced as per the price set at the time of payment.
File Submission and Proofing
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the files submitted are correct, complete and free of errors.
- Spelling Check: We greatly encourage spelling checks before turning the files into the printer. Landmark Print Malaysia does not have to take responsibility of mistakes made by the customers.
Payment Terms
- Fields of payment: There are various forms of payment as indicated in our site.
- Non-Refundable: All the payments are final and non-refundable. Before you make a payment, please verify your order information.
- Late Payments: In the case of account clients, there will be a finance charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) on the outstanding balance.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Terms: Orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping point. Landmark Print Malaysia cannot be held liable to delays, damages or losses after the order is dispatched.
- Courier Services: We do not offer courier services, but we do ship via birds of trust. The schedules of delivery depend on the service of the courier.
- Delivery Time: The common time of delivery is 3-5 working days, depending on the order dimensions and complexity.
- Urgent Order: Customers can choose Urgent Printing Services to have quicker turnaround.
Cancellations and Amendments
- No Refunds: Once money has been paid, one cannot cancel.
- No Amendments: It is not possible to make changes to files or order details once submitted. Before confirming your order, please recheck.
Returns and Refunds
- No Refunds: Since everything is custom-made, you cannot get a refund.
- Defective Products: In case of a defective or improperly processed order, you must inform us in two (2) business days upon delivery.
- Replacement Conditions: The only situations in which reprints or replacements will be offered is when Landmark Print Malaysia decides that the order was inaccurate or faulty. Unused products, products that are altered, or have been used, will not be eligible to be replaced.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- No Warranties: Landmark Print Malaysia gives no express or implied warranties on products or services.
- Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable to incidental, indirect or consequential damages that may occur as a result of the usage or inability to utilize our products or services.
- Indemnification: In a manner of assurance, the customers acknowledge that they will take responsibility and will not hold Landmark Print Malaysia responsible for claims, damages or expenses incurred during the usage of our services.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The contents of this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and other images, belong to Landmark Print Malaysia and are subject to intellectual property laws.
- Restrictions: None of the material on this site should be reproduced, distributed, or used without the written permission of Landmark Print Malaysia.
Privacy Policy
Through the services you can use, you are consenting to the gathering and application of your own personal data as stated in our Privacy Policy.
Modifications to Terms
Landmark Print Malaysia has the right to change or revise these Terms and Conditions any time it wishes. Any changes are to be placed on this page with a new effective date. You should also check these terms regularly.
